I have been accompanying people in individual sessions or groups on their path to greater well-being for almost 20 years and have given 1000s of sessions in Berlin and abroad. I am a state-certified alternative practitioner and qualified practitioner of the Grinberg Method. At the beginning of my career I taught yoga classes and gave wellness massages. Later I added bodywork and guided learning processes, which I have now been focusing on for 12 years. For several years, person-centered counseling according to C.Rogers has been one of my pillars. I have been working for many years in a group practice in Kreuzberg not far from the Bergmannkiez and the Tempelhofer Feld.
